OWA<->OCS Integration: Web.config does not have secton for OCS
Problem: I don't see any OCS elemenets in the web.config file. I installed the "Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Web Service Provider" on the Exchange 2010 CAS server. In the "E:\Web Service Provider Installer Package" folder, I ran the following installs: vc_redistx64 UCMAredist.msi CWAOWASSP.msi All three show up in Uninstall Programs (so I know they got installed.) Problem: the web.config file in E:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange\V14\ClientAccess\Owa does not have any of the sections/elements contain anything relevant to OCS ("OCS", "IMPoolName", "IMCertificateIssuer", "OCS (IM) Server Name" etc.) I'm on: Hypper-V Host Windows Server 2008R2 x64 Exchange 2010, Update Rollup 4 Exchange is installed on th E:\ drive An ideas why the web.config wasnot modified to add those keys/elements/sections? Can I manually add them?
